Come help care for the Māla Lāʻau. Based on feedback from our Volunteer Scheduling Survey, we've set the following regular workdays:

There are no workdays on holidays.
And workdays are always weather-dependent.
All volunteers must complete a waiver before participating (just once unless updated).
Save time—fill it out online before you arrive. In-person waivers are available, but online is preferred.

What to Expect
Every workday is a little different, but you might help with:
Planting and caring for plants
Laying down cardboard and mulch
Pruning and gathering plant materials
Removing invasive species
No experience needed.
We learn by doing, together.
What to Bring
Water bottle (refill station available)
Snack
Sun protection
Clothes and shoes that can get dirty
Optional: Gloves and any favorite tools (we provide tools too)
