We invite you to our monthly volunteer workday
at the Mala Laʻau Project on the
2nd Sunday of every month (unless this falls on a holiday)
from 9 -11 am.
As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to care for the Mala Laʻau by weeding, feeding, and watering the plants, as well as monitoring their growth. Not only will you be helping to maintain this vital community resource, but you will also be learning about the importance of biocultural forest gardens and their impact on food security and local ecosystems.
To participate, please sign up using the form below. We ask that you bring your own water and sun protection and wear weather-appropriate work clothes.
